Oscar winners Sean Penn and Dustin Hoffman took center stage at the French film industy's annual awards show. Did either star take home a trophy? At the show, Hoffman received an honorary Cesar award -- the French equivalent of an Oscar, according to the Associated Press. The 71-year-old star appeared to fight back tears, says the AP, while accepting his special token. Also at the Cesar Awards, 'Milk' Oscar-winner Penn presented the best film award, which went to 'Seraphine,' a drama based on the life of a French painter of the same name.
