Now it appears the movie-turned-musical could be turned into a movie-musical. Confused? Lee Hall, who wrote the original film, revealed backstage at the awards show last night that he, director Stephen Daldry and the Rocket Man himself are in talks to combine the best bits from the film and the show - and create a new movie. Hall said, “We’ve been talking about making the musical back into a movie - but we’d have to think long and hard how to do it.” Denise's dad was a snoop June 8, 2009 at 5:00 am If you think Denise Richards is a little crazy now, imagine what she was like as a teenager. She must have been pretty wild, because her devious dad actually had her phone tapped. Richards says, “He had this device. He could hear everything. Me and my sister would sneak out and lie to him and we couldn’t figure out how he knew everything.” The actress is currently on a charm offensive, trying to undo some of the bad publicity she got from her super-messy split with Charlie Sheen. June 8, 2009 at 3:00 am It’s been a while since we’ve had the chance to write Pete Doherty and drugs in the same sentence. So we responded to his latest arrest with a mixture of relief and disbelief. Doherty was booked by cops at an airport in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday after he was found slumped in a plane toilet during a flight from London. Cabin crew later found a hypodermic needle on the plane - but no drugs, so the star was freed after he paid a small fine.
