Stewart recently revealed she got into character as Jett by partying with the real life rocker. She said, “I’m just listening to her music all the time. I spent New Year’s with her. I’m trying to just make myself aware of the time period and what she was going through.” And Jett has given the casting her blessing, gushing, ”Kristen should make a really good me… She has the passion for it.” Parker and Broderick welcome Marion and Tabitha June 23, 2009 at 12:07 pm Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have confirmed they welcomed twin sisters Marion and Tabitha on Tuesday morning. The couple’s surrogate mother gave birth to the newborns at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. The couple was present to welcome the tots into the world, making their six year old son James Wilkie a big brother. Parker and Broderick named the twins straight away, choosing Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge Broderick, according to People.com. A statement from the couple’s rep explains that Elwell and Hodge are both family names on Parker’s side. Little Marion weighed in 5lbs, 11 oz, while Tabitha was just a touch heavier at 6lbs. The statement adds, “The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon.” Keanu see me? We hear McDonalds is lively on a Monday night… Ed McMahon Dead at 86 June 23, 2009 at 9:20 am The former Tonight Show sidekick passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. The veteran star had been battling ill health for some time. He was diagnosed with systemic bone cancer and spent time in hospital in February suffering from pneumonia. McMahon’s final years were plagued by legal troubles and financial difficulties. He struggled with a neck condition caused by a 2007 fall at a friend’s house and subsequently sued the homeowners and doctors at an L.A. hospital, who he claimed misdiagnosed his neck fracture. His recent legal woes included various lawsuits relating to mold at his Californian mansion and financial difficulties which saw him come close to losing his home after falling behind on mortgage payments. The cause of McMahon’s death was not confirmed as WENN went to press. He is survived by his wife Pam Hurn and five children. You had me at B.O. We don’t often catch TC looking less than perfect, and even Katie seems amused by her hubby’s fashion faux-pas. Word of advice, Tom, make sure that deodorant is anti-perspirant… and spray thoroughly. June 23, 2009 at 6:00 am If Anne Hathaway was trying to disguise herself over lunch on Monday, she should have picked something more subtle than this clown wig – because we couldn’t miss her in Soho with boyfriend Adam Shulman. But Manhattanites are used to catching Hathaway in disguise — she revealed in this week’s New York magazine that she prepared for her role as a man in a Central Park production of Shakespeare’s Twelfth night, by dressing as in drag and walking the streets of the Big Apple. She said, ”I decided, what if I walk around trying to pass for a boy. What if I had to make people like twice to figure out what I was. I got dressed up and there were six photographers outside.
