The star’s mother Katherine was due to learn if she would retain custody of Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II in a California court on Monday  - but the hearing will now take place on 3 August. It’s the third time authorities have agreed to delay the court date, following Jackson’s sudden death last month. No reasons have been given for the postponement, but sources tell TMZ.com it’s because Katherine is close to agreeing a settlement with Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Jackson’s two eldest kids. In case you missed their schoolyard-style scrap… Donovan criticised Beckham in a new book, calling him unprofessional and slamming him for inviting teammates (who earn a lot less than him) to a restaurant and not picking up the bill. After a week of bickering, the pair were reunited on the field in New York and showed bygones are bygones by holding hands and hugging and engaging in all the standard forms of male bonding associated with soccer.  But it seems Galaxy’s fans aren’t quite over Beckham’s decision to gallivant off and play for A.C. Milan for half of the season — he was booed for much of last night’s 3-1 win over Red Bull New York. Welcome back David! Was Mischa driven to meltown by magazine cover? July 17, 2009 at 4:17 pm There’s been no more news on Mischa Barton’s status since it was reported she’d been placed on involuntary psychiatric hold by the LAPD on Thursday, but the silence is being treated by many as confirmation the 23 year old really did have some kind of meltdown. Fingers are being pointed at a recent Heat magazine cover in Britain which flagged up pictures of the star looking super skinny in January and “bloated in July”. Life & Style interviewed her after the mag hit stands — just days before the ‘meltdown’ in fact — and she laughed it off. The quotes, which appeared in this week’s issue, read, “ Was she hiding the real truth? For the record, we ran into Mischa two weeks ago in LA (see above) and she definitely didn’t look “bloated”. “It does get cumbersome to have to address the same non-issues on a repeated basis. Fortunately, I’m healthy and comfortable in my own skin. “I’m happy. I wouldn’t change my body and I couldn’t anyway. The party-loving actress has been targetted by Hustler film makers, who are spoofing her life in a new film. According to spies who have seen the raunchy reel — dubbed Untrue Hollywood Stories: Lindsay Lohan — Lohan lookalike  Scarlett Fay romps with porn legend Ron Jeremy while a doppelganger of her girlfriend Samantha Ronson looks on. Another scene shows ‘Lohan’ dressed up as a naughty schoolgirl, guzzling champagne and enjoying a sizzling smooch with ‘Ronson’. And the on/off pair are not the only ones to fall victim to the spoof - a fake Paris Hilton discusses Lohan’s breasts, and a Scarlett Johansson lookalike gets pushed into a pool during a fight.
