The glamour model has repeatedly blamed her beau for the break-up. He blames their decision to share their private life with the world through a series of reality TV shows. We think you may be onto something there Pete. Here’s what he has to say on the matter:  ”I think what’s done is done, and I think we have to move on and I don’t say that happily. I just say it because it is what it is. “It’s our fault. We cannot complain about things like that. Showing our life so publicly is a mistake sometimes, but I blame myself as much as anyone else.” Mischa's 'meltdown' July 16, 2009 at 3:30 pm Cops were called to Mischa Barton’s Los Angeles home last night after she called  for help with a ”medical issue”, an LAPD spokesperson has confirmed. Access Hollywood claims a patrol car then picked up the actress and drove her to an unknown location.  That’s all the info we have for now. WENN ran into Mischa just two weeks ago, looking bloated and worse for wear after a night out in London. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious. Update:  Access Hollywood  is reporting that Barton has been placed on n involuntary pyschiatric hold by the LAPD  - better known as a code 5150. You’ll remember the same measures were taken after Britney Spears’ meltdown back in January 2008. More information when we have it. Cruise the smooth mover July 16, 2009 at 2:42 pm Tom Cruise just can’t stop dancing. First he jigged on Oprah’s sofa, then he strutted his stuff playing a movie boss in Tropic Thunder. His latest display of dubious rhythm? At Beyonce’s concert in Los Angeles on Monday night. The superstar was spotted dancing along to the bootylicious star’s hit Single Ladies. Wish we were there to see that!  Man killed working on Madonna concert July 16, 2009 at 12:59 pm Madonna’s concert in the south of France on Sunday (19Jul09) has been cancelled after a worker was crushed to death under a falling stage. The incident took place on Thursday afternoon (16Jul09) at Marseilles Stade Velodrome, where Madonna was due to perform at the weekend. According to reports four cranes were holding a large section of the stage when a strap broke dropping it on a group of  technicians working below. Authorities in the city have confirmed one person has died, two are fighting for their life in hospital and another six are currently being treated for their injuries. The whole area was barricaded after the accident, and WENN’s sources have confirmed the singer’s performance in the city has been scrapped. Update: The dead man was a 53-year-old Frenchman. The two critically injured workers are American and British. Madonna has released the following statement: “I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.” While David's away, Courteney plays July 16, 2009 at 12:00 pm While David Arquette was sweltering in plastic box in New York yesterday, WENN found his wife Courteney Cox 3,000 miles away enjoying a night out at Los Angeles restaurant Nobu. But the pair will be reunited soon — on the set of Scream 4, after both agreed to reprise their roles in the horror franchise that brought them together back in 1996. And Arquette can’t wait — as he told WENN.COM exclusively from his plexiglass hideaway: “I’m so looking forward to it. I get to work with my wife again, which I love. Of course we met on the first Scream movie. I think Wes Craven is going to be directing it and Kevin Williamson, who wrote the first films, is writing it, so I’m really excited.” Macca's back on the roof July 16, 2009 at 10:00 am Paul McCartney shocked New Yorkers with an impromptu outdoor gig yesterday, rocking on the marquee outside the city’s Ed Sullivan Theater  — before making his first ever appearance on David Letterman’s talk show. It marked Macca’s return to the venue, 45 years after the Beatles made their U.S. TV debut on the Ed Sullivan Show, which gave the theatre it’s name. It’s not the first time McCartney has rocked out a rooftop — 40 years ago the Beatles played their famous gig atop the London headquarters of their label Apple Records. Winehouse divorced July 16, 2009 at 7:21 am Amy Winehouse’s marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil is officially over - she was granted a divorce by a London court on Thursday. The Back to Black hitmaker’s ex filed for divorce in January after two years of marriage, citing her adultery after seeing pictures of the singer cavorting with another man. In a hearing lasting just minutes, a judge at a London court granted the couple a decree nisi on Thursday. The divorce is expected to be rubber-stamped with a decree absolute within six weeks. Neither Winehouse - who returned to the U.K. on Monday after an eight-month break in the Caribbean to battle her drink and drug addictions - nor Fielder-Civil were present at the hearing. No further details were available as WENN went to press.
