ETonline - Music Billy Bob Thornton Cancels Canadian Tour Dates April 12, 2009 at 5:36 pm Billie Bob Thornton's band, The Boxmasters, has been forced to temporarily drop off their Canadian tour with Willie Nelson, ET confirms. Billy Bob's rep tells ET that one of the band members and several of the crew have come down with the flu.
