Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes are set to play warring gods in a remake of the 1981 film 'Clash of the Titans.' The Greek mythological epic -- due to be released next year -- will begin shooting later this month in Britain, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Neeson will play Zeus, the wise yet sometimes ill-tempered king of the gods and father of Perseus (Sam Worthington). Fiennes -- who is reportedly still in negotiations for his deal -- will play Hades, ruler of the underworld who aims to overtake Zeus and rule over all. |
