Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty

Breaking: Chris Brown has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts.

A somber-looking Brown appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday dressed in a cardigan, wearing a shirt and tie underneath.

The R&B singer pleaded not guilty to one count of assault and one of making criminal threats related to an alleged domestic violence incident perpetrated against pop star Rihanna. He is due back in court on April 29.


'American Idol' Alum Michael Johns Releases Album

It was an "American Idol" shocker the night that Michael Johns was voted off the show last season, but now the Aussie heartthrob is releasing his debut album, Hold Back My Heart.

The first single from the album, "Heart on My Sleeve," will be available on iTunes on April 14 and the track impacts radio on April 21. The album drops on June 23.

When "American Idol" instituted the new "judges save" rule this season, Michael was one of the contestants, along with Chris Daughtry and Jennifer Hudson, who was featured in the footage that ran of those who were sent home too soon.

All of the hottest country crooners headed to Sin City on Sunday for the star-studded Academy of Country Music Awards and our Kevin Frazier was backstage with all of the night's big winners!

"I never thought in a million years!" Entertainer of the Year Carrie Underwood tells Kevin backstage. "This is amazing!"

"Dancing with the Stars" real-life pair Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks were also spotted backstage, where Chuck joked about his duty as the boyfriend of the winner of the Top New Artist award.


Julianne Hough Wins ACM Award, Rips Dress

Country music star and "Dancing with the Stars" performer Julianne Hough ripped her Zuhair Murad dress as she took the stage of the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards -- but the excitement didn't stop there with Carrie Underwood taking home two awards!

"It's a good thing I ripped my dress because now I have something else to think about," an overwhelmed and tearful Julianne told the audience as she accepted her award for Top New Artist.

Later on in the show, Carrie accepted the awards for Top Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year, ending Kenny Chesney's streak of taking home the Entertainer of the Year award four years in a row.
